Who is responsible

What this website collects
Nothing you type on this website is sent to a server. Fonts, images and scripts are served from level2.studio itself. Like any website, the hosting provider records standard server logs, such as the address a request came from, the time and the page requested, to keep the service running and secure. This rests on our legitimate interest in a working, secure website.
The Level2 account
Create account and Sign in open the Level2 account pages on playoutremer.com, which send what you enter to the Level2 account service at accounts.playoutremer.com. The same service signs in the Level2 Client. Account data is covered by the OUTREMER privacy notice, and the account itself by the Terms of Service.
Support tickets and the feedback page
The support ticket form and the feedback page build their text inside your browser. Send ticket by email and Send by email open your own email app with the text filled in, and Copy for Discord copies it to your clipboard. Nothing leaves your device until you send the email or post the text yourself, and neither page stores what you write.
When you email Level2Studio
Your address and message are used to answer you and to follow up on what you reported. This rests on our legitimate interest in answering the people who contact us, or on taking the steps you ask for before or under an agreement with us. They are kept as long as the conversation or the reported issue needs them, and are not sold or used for advertising. Email to level2.studio and playoutremer.com addresses is handled through their mail provider.
The OUTREMER waitlist and emails
The waitlist runs on playoutremer.com and is covered by the OUTREMER privacy notice, including how to change your choices or unsubscribe.
Other services
Links to Discord, X, Instagram, YouTube and Facebook take you to those services, which have their own privacy policies. Nothing from them is embedded on this website.
Your rights and requests
You can ask for a copy of your data, a correction, deletion, or a limit on how it is used. Write to privacy@playoutremer.com, or submit a support ticket with the topic Privacy and data.
Your right to object. Where we rely on our legitimate interests, you can object at any time to that use of your data, for reasons relating to your situation, and we stop unless we have compelling grounds or need the data for a legal claim.
You may also complain to a data protection authority: in Croatia, the Agencija za zaštitu osobnih podataka (AZOP), or the authority where you live or work.
